Construction Project Award: This building was a major shoe manufacturer from 1902 to 1974, until it was repurposed as part of the huge retail outlet center in Reading. Today, the building features 69 apartments that are 100% leased with a pizza restaurant and pediatric clinic as neighborhood amenities.
